In order to boost our confidence through the roof, we need to focus on getting great at the things we are already good at. Spending time on things we aren’t good at does nothing for our confidence. In fact, when we try really hard and still can’t achieve, our confidence in ourselves may start dropping. We don’t want that at all.
Today’s challenge is for you to come up with 5 things you are really good at. Don’t be bashful. Be bold. Take a stand for yourself and your abilities and let’s build that confidence!
