It can be hard to avoid negative people however, we are who we surround ourselves with. Today’s task is going to be consciously aware of the people around you who seem to always have negative thoughts or views. You know the people, after conversing with them you feel slimed with negativity.

So take a day off from the negative people or things in your life and surround yourself with more positive people. If you can’t spend time with positive people find some inspiring videos online, read more books. Do everything you can do to spend the day without negative people or things and see how you feel.
