This is simple yet effective in ways you can’t even understand right now, but if you make this a habit you will soon come to understand.
So today do something nice for a stranger. Help someone carry their groceries out, or open a door, or help the homeless or simply smile at someone who looks like they need it, or buy someone lunch.
You never know what kind of day someone is having or the last time a human being was nice to them. Make this a habit and as you affect strangers lives, watch how this affects and changes your life. Focus on the feeling you get when you do this and remember it for when you just don’t FEEL like doing, so you can do it anyways.
