Move more, eat well
Part of being successful is ensuring you are looking after your body. If you don’t exercise regularly, it’s time to make this a priority on your calendar. It’s also time to revisit eating healthier… I think it’s safe to say that everyone could benefit from more veggies and less sugar/processed crap. (And if you already are doing all this, that’s awesome!) Sometimes, entrepreneurs need reminders to take time for themselves with exercise and solid nutrition.
Today, do some type of exercise (whatever you want to do) and share with us what you did. Then, we are going to take it one step further. Avoid sugar/processed foods for the next 24 hours. Let us know if you commit to that.
