Extra reminders to be awesome, appreciate life, and stay strong will go a long way. Get your cell phone out and set 3 alarms every day. Put the label on those alarms as messages that will pick you up and remind yourself to love the life you are living. Think of three phrases or words that you really want to embody. For example: “Today you have so much to be grateful for, remember that!” or “Bold, Enthusiastic, and Driven!” (or whatever words you want to embody.) You may wish to choose certain times of day based on the activity you are doing at that time… a friendly reminder to be patient when you are stuck in traffic can go a long way!
