Rewriting the story
Earlier we looked at our limiting beliefs and rewrote them to be limitless beliefs. Today we are going one step further to identify a specific story around one of those limiting beliefs. What are we telling ourselves is the “reason” we don’t have something. Take this story, turn it around into a positive, and tell yourself the story out loud 5 times before you go to bed.
