Written letters of gratitude
Today you will take pen to paper and hand write letters to 5 people who have made a positive impact in your life and helped you to become the awesome person you are today. Don’t think about anything that may have gone wrong in the relationship. Focus only on your gratitude and appreciation for their contribution. And don’t expect anything in return. You are to feel the love by the action of writing the letters, not any thank yous you may or may not receive.
Share with us the names or initials of the people you wrote letters too.
*Ideally you will handwrite the letters rather than type out an email as your handwritten letter will mean more to them than an email and it’s so much more personal.
