What I’m going to be sending you will be habits that you can change or create and a combination of these habits will contribute to your success.
I’m so excited that you’re doing this!
So today, it’s all about starting your day out right, because the beginning of your day will set the tone for the entire day.
In the morning when you wake up, do these 4 things.
- DO NOT look at your phone
- Take 4 deep breaths.
- In through your nose and out through your mouth.
- Does this 3 times:
- Breath In (Count to 4)
- Hold (Count to 4)
- Exhale (Count to 4)
- Again repeat this 3 times
- Does this 3 times:
- In through your nose and out through your mouth.
- Close your eyes and think of two things that you are grateful for and be patient while you think about those two things, and really appreciate those two things.
- Then think of two things you want to accomplish today and envision them happening.
That’s it…. Remember if you have a hard time remember things then put a remind on your phone or name your alarm so when you see your alarm you remember. If you like the way this makes you feel, then do it everyday so create a habit. I did!
